About BidBazaar

BidBazaar is a free search tool for bank-auctioned property across India. We take the public auction notices that banks publish under the SARFAESI Act and make them easy to find — by city, budget, and property type — all in one place.

The problem we solve

Bank e-auctions are genuinely public, but finding the right one is hard. The notices are spread across several government and bank portals, each with its own clumsy search. A buyer in Pune looking for a flat under ₹50 lakh has to check portal after portal, one filter at a time.

BidBazaar puts them together. One search covers every source we track, with the key figures — reserve price, EMD, auction date — shown up front, and a map so you can see where a property actually is.

What we do

Where the listings come from

Our listings are sourced from the statutory sale notices that banks publish on official public portals, including BAANKNET (PSB Alliance), Bank eAuctions (C1 India), and AuctionTiger (e-Procurement Technologies). We show this public information for reference, link back to the official source, and refresh it daily. Spotted something wrong? Tell us on the contact page and we will fix it.

What we are not

BidBazaar is an independent information service. We are not a bank, and we are not affiliated with any bank, the Indian Banks' Association, or any government body. We do not run auctions, take bids, or handle any money.

You register and bid on the official portal named in the sale notice. Always verify the EMD, reserve price, dates, and property details against that official notice before you act. New to auctions? Read the buyer's guide first.

How BidBazaar is funded

BidBazaar is free to use and supported by advertising through Google AdSense. We ask for no account and no fee. See our privacy policy for how ads and data work here.
