| Other details | Animal feed process unit comprises of a dumping point in raw material feed conveyor where the raw material were fed which was transported by raw material elevator to storage bins through distribution conveyors. Raw materials were weighed in weighing hoppers which were then fed to rotary feeder through intake chain conveyor and grinding elevator which is then fed to hammer mill where it is pulverised. It is then fed to batch mixer which is then fed to pellet mill which is later packed in a bagging machine. Hence for the subject process various conveyors, elevators, pneumatic conveyors, pipelines etc. were utilised and installed. This processing unit was found installed and supported by utilities such as boiler, transformer, DG set, compressors etc. An equipped laboratory was found set up in the plant structure itself. |
